We are a private, independently owned and operates skilled nursing facility. We share the same values as our families; honest, hard-working Christian people that want to provide the same care to our residents we would want for ourselves.

"Matador Health and Rehab has been a wonderful place for our family. They always went above and beyond to make sure Grandad had everything he needed. They have cared for my mother in law for 5 years. We never have to worry about the medications or supplies she may need. The faculty always makes sure to include the family and notify us if anything is needed. The facility is always nice and clean."

Our meals are home cooked dishes approved by a registered dietician that has over 30 years of long term care experience. Our dietary manager has many years experience and works continuously to get the most nutritious and appealing meal delivered each and every day.

Our staff share the same passion for caring for our seniors as if they were their own parents or loved one.

Our values are based on the foundation our parents and fore fathers instilled in us. These include honesty, morality, integrity, and ethical treatment of residents and employees. 

Our activity and life enrichment program works with each and every resident to make them feel welcomed and included.  All residents are given opportunity and are encouraged to participate in activities to keep them occupied.
